Early Mornings at Work = Ruined Sleep Schedule
I mentioned that I'm working days this week (and this week which just passed) and I thought I would get loads of sleep on the weekend. I was wrong. Very wrong. I consider myself to be a morning person, but I love my sleep. Before this past week of work I was sleeping in until 9 am. And now that a week of days has gone by.. Yesterday I was awake at 5:30 am, but I forced myself back to sleep, and didn't wake up until my mom banged on my door at 8 am telling me to get out of bed. This morning (Sunday) I woke up around 6:45 am (it is now just after 7) and I can honestly say that I haven't saw this time, on my own with no work to be at and no alarm, since I was in high school.. But I miss my good sleep schedule, at one point I had a record of sleeping until 10 am, but I just miss sleeping until 9 am. I'll get there again.
